- Can be fully integrated with debtors, creditors, stock control, payroll and order enty.
- Alpha/numeric job code/number up to seven characters in length.
- Labour sell rates can be set for each job, each employee or for all employees, whichever suits your business best.
- An unlimited amount of information relating to the job can be entered.
- Jobs can be accessed by job number, debtor code, the first line of description and four other optional look up fields.
- Progress claims can be generated by the system and retention amounts kept track of.
- Order number, date of order, estimated and actual completion dates can be stored on the job.
- Sub jobs can optionally be set up on a job. This will enable you to keep tighter control over specific areas of your job.
- Costs can be split between eight different areas on each job or sub job.
